Clow 'Tradesman' Timber Step Ladders (Class 1)

This is a Class 1 substantially made step ladder and it is light strong, rigid and safe.

The treads are checked into the sides as 11'' centres and are well bolted together with 1,2 or 3 screwed and nutted tie rods. The number of tie rods are determined by the step ladder height.

The back legs are also half tapped and bolted which results in no weakening unlike morticed legs.
